Principal & Chief People Officer

As both a Principal and Reaveley’s Chief People Officer, Graham Oxborrow brings a unique blend of technical expertise and people-first leadership to every project and partnership. With a focus on higher education, healthcare, and government facilities, Graham is known for his collaborative approach—working closely with architects, owners, and teams to deliver structural solutions that honor design intent while meeting real-world needs.

Graham’s work on impactful community projects, such as Salt Lake Community College campuses, Homeless Resource Centers, and the new LDS Hospital, reflects his deep commitment to creating spaces that serve and uplift. He leads with humility, but his pride in contributing to meaningful, lasting structures is evident in every conversation.

Through his efforts of teaching at the university level, Graham communicates this commitment to serve and uplift to the next generation of engineers. He believes that by fostering a caring and educated design culture, we can create a more productive and connected community.

As Chief People Officer, Graham champions a culture of respect, growth, and connection—ensuring that Reaveley remains a place where people thrive. His dedication to community extends beyond the office, too. Whether he’s exploring the outdoors with his wife and three children or cheering on their favorite teams, Graham brings the same heart and integrity to his personal life as he does to his professional one.

Graham exemplifies Reaveley’s promise: building trust through openness, expertise, and a genuine investment in people.
