Remote Working

Both Group Life and Voluntary Supplemental Life insurances are offered. Group Life premium is paid by the firm.

Health Savings Account with firm contribution available to employees enrolled in the HDHP plan.

125 PLAN CHILD CARE (FSA)

Funded with pre-tax dollars to pay eligible medical or child-care expenses not covered by insurance.

GYM

In-office gym includes various strength and cardio equipment. The adjoining locker room features showers and towel service.

Caregiver/Medical Leave

After six months of employment, all benefited employees are eligible for Parental Caregiver Leave ranging from 1 to 6 weeks for a newborn, newly adopted, or placed child.

Short-Term Disability

Premium is paid by the firm. Full-time employees are eligible after six months of employment.

Long-Term Disability

Premium is paid by the firm. Full-time employees are eligible after one month of employment.

401 (k) Safe Harbor & Profit Sharing

Automatic contributions of 3% are made by the firm on your behalf, regardless of personal contribution amount.

Bereavement

Two days of leave for loss of a parent, spouse, child or sibling; one day for the death of parents-in-law, grandparents, or other legal dependents.
