Located in downtown Provo, this convention center is five stories tall and features exhibition, ballroom, and meeting room spaces. A garden terrace on the fifth floor can accommodate nearly 1,000 occupants. Most of the east and north building elevations are clad in window systems, providing views of the city and surrounding mountains. Future expansion potential was designed into the west side of the building.

The tight site presented many structural challenges where the exhibition hall, ballroom and meeting rooms were stacked. Reaveley developed a cost-effective structural system for the column-less ballroom and exhibition hall areas while also designing for future expansion to the west. Complex problems of the stacked configuration included routing and coordination of mechanical systems, configuration of lateral force resisting systems, and accommodation of open concourse areas with large expanses of window systems.
