Located near Intermountain Healthcare’s St. George Hospital in Utah, the 118,000 sf Intermountain Cancer Center integrates cancer research and treatment in a collaborative environment. Patients benefit from being part of a space where cutting-edge research directly influences their care, and researchers are inspired by the impact of their discoveries.

The facility includes outpatient oncology and infusion clinics, radiation oncology, imaging, research labs with DNA sequencing, and a community café. Partnering with Stanford Medicine, it also shares knowledge to accelerate cancer research.

The center’s design encourages collaboration between caregivers and researchers. Physicians and care teams occupy the first and second floors, while genomics and research are on the first and third floors. The "Holodeck," a shared collaboration area, facilitates daily interactions between staff. The bistro, “The Strand,” fosters a community-centered environment where cancer patients and residents mingle, promoting healing.

Serving patients across the southwest, the center is the headquarters for Intermountain’s precision medicine and genomics efforts. Designed with an on-stage/off-stage model, it ensures patient flow is seamless, supporting an efficient care experience.
