Serving patients from Arizona, Southern Utah, and Las Vegas, the Intermountain Cancer Center is the headquarters for Intermountain's precision medicine, genetic counseling, and precision genomics. It is a translational medicine facility integrating cancer research with treatment, allowing patients and families to witness researchers at work, which fosters a collaborative environment. The center includes an outpatient oncology clinic, infusion clinic, radiation oncology, imaging, research labs, and a café designed in partnership with Stanford Medicine to share information and advance cancer care.

Through its thoughtful design, the Cancer Center facilitates daily interactions between scientists, researchers, and physicians. The Collaboration Deck, or "Holodeck," encourages collaborative efforts to relieve human suffering. The facility also features a community bistro, "The Strand," which promotes a healing environment by integrating healthy community members with cancer patients. With striking views of southern Utah's natural landscapes, the center emphasizes patient comfort and well-being.

The outpatient clinic uses an on-stage/off-stage model to ensure efficient patient flow and a seamless experience.
