Intermountain’s Advanced Training Program (ATP) has been training healthcare leaders for more than two decades. It has evolved into in-depth leadership training built around case study, analysis and teamwork. The new Institute is an opportunity for Intermountain Health employees and external leaders to learn and develop.

The building has significant education and collaboration areas, space to accommodate staff, Clinical Programs staff and other functions. The building design encourages connection between floors and the outside, creating a campus that is accessible rather than a high rise with discreet work areas and floors.
