Reaveley Engineers was instrumental in bringing to life the innovative design of the Intermountain Spanish Fork Hospital, a critical addition to the healthcare landscape of southern Utah County. The new hospital, situated amidst the region's vibrant communities and offering stunning views of Spanish Fork Peak, is a testament to the design team's ingenuity and expertise.

The hospital's 30-bed facility boasts a Level 4 designation, with a strong emphasis on women's services and low-acuity surgical services. The campus includes a medical office building, 4 operating rooms, 2 labor and delivery rooms, 2 C-section rooms, 10 emergency bays, six level 2B nursery rooms, inpatient and retail pharmacy, 2 endoscopy suites, and physical therapy and rehabilitation space. Additionally, a Central Utility Plant ensures the efficient operation of the entire facility.

At the heart of the project is a commitment to sustainability, evident in its LEED Silver certification. Reaveley Engineers played a pivotal role in achieving sustainability goals by integrating eco-friendly practices into the design and construction process.

The thoughtfully designed interior ensures patient comfort and supports the high-quality care patients expect from Intermountain. Every detail was meticulously planned to create a healing environment, from the medical surge rooms to the labor and delivery rooms. Imaging services, including CT, radiology, MRI, cardiopulmonary diagnostic testing, and infusion therapy, further complement the comprehensive care provided.
