Utah State University Eastern draws some 65 percent of its student body from the nearby Navajo Reservation and for several years the campus experienced a shortage of housing. The 74-bed structure more than doubles the housing capacity on campus. This housing breaks from traditional student housing and consists of suites, common areas, and kitchenettes. Housing units contain either three- or four-bedroom units with two students per bedroom. Private room suites are also available.
