Reaveley collaborated with MKA Engineers in designing the expansive City Creek Center, a dynamic project spanning 20 acres across 2 city blocks in downtown Salt Lake City. This vibrant mixed-use development incorporates retail, office, residential, and parking spaces. Playing a pivotal role, Reaveley contributed to the design of 3 striking condominium towers set above 3 stories of retail space supported by structural systems integrated into the 4-level below-grade parking structure, which spans around 2,000,000 sf and provides parking space for up to 5,000 cars.

Through design of this project, Reaveley has elevated its expertise in crafting multifaceted structural solutions that harmonize functionality and architectural brilliance within urban environments.
