The academic classroom building houses CMU’s Literature, Languages and Mass Communication department as well as the Rocky Mountain PBS news and production studio.

In addition to classroom space and advisor offices, the three-story building has four computer labs, one open lab, small seminar rooms and several study and living room areas where students can gather and study.

The project also involved upgrading the adjacent central campus plaza and improving pedestrian and automobile circulation
