Reaveley played a pivotal role in transforming part of a sprawling 450,000 sf corporate campus into a cutting-edge facility accommodating multiple state of Utah public agencies. The design team meticulously modernized this space to align with the evolving post-pandemic work landscape.

Rejuvenating this 1980s-era building necessitated floor-to-ceiling renovations and system upgrades across each floor and building envelope. Various public-service divisions, including the courts, Driver's License Division, and the Department of Motor Vehicles, form the building's service core. The transformation results in a modernized facility that sets new benchmarks for functionality, aesthetics, and employee well-being in state-operated spaces.
