Sugarhouse Commons is a modern mixed-use project in the historic Sugarhouse district, just south of Salt Lake City. The entire project includes retail, restaurants, office space, parking, and entertainment. Reaveley Engineers provided structural design services for two buildings in the McIntyre Center and its one-level underground parking structure. The first of the McIntyre buildings is 48,000 sf and includes both office and retail space. The second building includes 23,750 sf space, occupied by a Wild Oats natural foods marketplace.
