A design/build project for Southern Utah University, the innovative floor plan of Cedar Hall features a unique style of suites. Each three-story building consists of 70 two-bedroom suites along with two-bedroom manager suites, six group study areas, six laundry rooms and restrooms. Two lounge areas on the first floors and two common areas between the second and third floors promote a social atmosphere.
