This facility provides temporary housing and amenities for Utah National Guard service men and women. The quarters provide 144 billets, six laundry/vending rooms, and a commercial laundry room. Six common areas offer TVs and small kitchen/prep area, as well as technology infrastructure for training and presentations.  The three-story building features a masonry veneer over CMU and steel with cast stone design features. The scope of work required the demolition of four existing barracks.
