With so many performing arts, academic, and administrative activities nearby, the surface parking lot between Sutton Geology and Naval Sciences Building had long been insufficient for lower-campus parking needs. This structure offers four floors of parking including electric vehicle charging stations, and is placed to fit in scale with surrounding buildings.
