A 5-level below-ground parking structure beneath Main Street Plaza in Salt Lake City allows for a formal, heavily landscaped public plaza above. The structure includes entry ramps from North Temple Street into the garage and an automobile circulation link to the existing Church Office Building parking garage to the east.
