This phase of the expansion and seismic reinforcement of the Utah State Capitol precinct saw the construction of two identical, four-story office buildings and seismic strengthening of the existing parking garage and plaza. Mirroring the classical aesthetics of the state capitol, the exterior design showcases solid granite and cubic stone elements, presenting an homage to the Capitol's classical style. Seismic reinforcement measures for the existing parking structure allowed for the development of a plaza directly above.
