Daybreak is a master-planned community developed by Kennecott Land at the base of the Oquirrh Mountains. The corporate center was the first commercial development in the community and special emphasis was placed on setting the highest of environmental standards. The owner, design and construction teams’ efforts were rewarded with the first LEED Platinum certification in the state of Utah.  The Class-A office building is comprised of three stories and features an open office floor plan mixed with collaborative spaces, private offices, and meeting rooms. The building also has an exercise and recreation facility with locker rooms. The exterior skin features metal and architectural precast panels.  Reaveley also provided structural design for the associated 3-level, 650-stall parking structure.
